Three Baltimore-area men have been sentenced in connection with a wave of violent armed robberies that spanned multiple jurisdictions, affecting more than 60 victims over a three-month period. Corey Sabb, Dewayne Sanders, and Allen Hill received prison terms following guilty pleas for their roles in what prosecutors described as a prolific and dangerous criminal operation targeting citizens and businesses throughout Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Howard County.

Between November 2023 and January 2024, the trio was linked to at least 45 separate incidents, including 22 commercial robberies and eight attacks on pizza delivery drivers and other civilians. They also stole multiple vehicles and committed additional acts of violence. Victims were frequently threatened with firearms, and in several cases, physically assaulted during the robberies. Authorities noted the disproportionate impact on working-class individuals, particularly employees at local restaurants and convenience stores.

Each defendant entered a guilty plea in January 2025. Sabb and Sanders both pled guilty to participation in a criminal organization, three counts of robbery with a dangerous and deadly weapon, and two counts involving the use of a firearm in a violent crime. Hill pled guilty to the same robbery and criminal organization charges, but not to firearm use. Their sentencing took place on April 22, 2025, in Baltimore County Circuit Court.

Judge Nancy Purpura handed down sentences that reflected the severity of the crimes. Sabb and Sanders were each sentenced to 40 years in prison, with all but 20 years suspended, followed by five years of supervised probation. Hill received a 30-year sentence, with all but six years suspended and the same probationary terms. Prosecutors argued that the men’s actions instilled fear across local communities for minimal financial gain and warranted significant punishment.
