According to evidence presented in court, Green distributed fentanyl between January and September 2022. He operated from a residence in Accokeek, where he sold the drug directly to users and other dealers. He also arranged in-person deliveries at various locations. Law enforcement agencies, including the Drug Enforcement Administration, Prince George’s County Police Department, Charles County Sheriff’s Office, and Maryland State Police, collaborated on the investigation. Officials emphasized that Green’s conviction is part of an ongoing effort to combat the distribution of fentanyl, a substance linked to numerous fatal overdoses.
