Kramer, a longtime resident of Washington County, brings a wealth of experience to her new role. As the former CEO of the Hagerstown YMCA, she managed a $5 million budget, oversaw nearly 200 employees, and coordinated with over 200 volunteers. Her tenure was marked by notable achievements, including membership satisfaction improvements and program innovation. Previously, at the YMCA of Frederick County, she played a pivotal role in strategic planning, expanding youth program participation, and enhancing member retention rates.
In her capacity as Director of Grant Management, Kramer will focus on ensuring grant compliance while maximizing funding opportunities to support county initiatives. The position aligns with her expertise in operational management and community engagement, making her a strategic fit for the role.
