WAYNESBORO, PA News (11/17/2024) – Timothy Charles Bickham Jr., 44, of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, was arrested on November 17, 2024, by the Waynesboro Police Department. The arrest followed an outstanding warrant issued earlier this month in connection with an altercation that took place on October 1 at approximately 11:45 a.m. in the parking lot of 604 East Main Street.

Bickham faces charges including one count each of unlawful possession of a firearm, terroristic threats, simple assault by physical menace, and recklessly endangering another person. The warrant for his arrest was authorized by MDJ Gomez Shockey on November 5, 2024, under docket number CR-0393-24.

Law enforcement located Bickham at a residence in the 200 block of Hamilton Avenue after receiving a tip. Officers responded to the scene and took Bickham into custody without incident. He was subsequently transported to Franklin County Jail. Police have confirmed that the area was cleared and reopened to the public following the arrest.
