Full Video of 2023 Mummers Parade Now Available

HAGERSTOWN, MD News (11/6/2023) – The 2023 Alsatia Mummers Parade was a fantastic hit, and all participants put on quite a performance.

Radio Free Hub City was in the heart of downtown Hagerstown to capture the parade. We have edited and combined our footage to include an original soundtrack, but pausing when we can to hear the band performances.
