HAGERSTOWN, MD News (7/18/2023) – The City of Hagerstown welcomes Urban Works to 6 West Washington Street. The official grand opening and ribbon-cutting celebration for Urban Works took place on July 12 and was attended by Mayor Tekesha Martinez, Maryland Small Business Development Center Washington-Western Region Business Consultant Herb Melrath, Washington County Business Specialist Linda Spence, City of Hagerstown Department of Community & Economic Development Director Jill Thompson, Business Development Specialist Doug Reaser, and Economic Development Specialist Chris Siemerling.

Urban Works is owned by Jay Sachdev, who is committed to finding you “your perfect office space” whether you are just getting started, expanding your business, branching out to new clients, or simply need a quiet space. “We are offering short-term rentals for flexibility so tenants don’t feel like they have to be locked in long-term, which is ideal for visitors to the area that may be here on business so they have everything they need”, explained Sachdev. And now is the time to give Urban Works a try during their promotional summer sale. Get 50% off all first payments (day/week/month membership) through the end of August.

Urban Works’ location in downtown Hagerstown provides access to everything, even outside the office. With convenient parking and local stores and restaurants nearby, you don’t have to worry about where and how to entertain your clients after business hours.
