The recall specifically affects the Boon NURSH 8 oz Reusable Baby Bottles sold in a pink tie-dye pattern. These bottles come in a three-pack and feature a hard plastic exterior shell surrounding a soft silicone pouch. The Boon logo is visible on the exterior shell. Consumers can identify the recalled product by checking the item number B11654 and the UPC code 669028116546, which are printed on the bottom of the product’s packaging. The recalled bottles were available for purchase at Walmart stores and on Walmart.com between November 2025 and May 2026. The original purchase price was approximately $20.

TOMY has received 135 reports detailing instances of the outer plastic shell bubbling or peeling. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported in connection with this defect.
