Following the official ribbon-cutting, the 7-Eleven will be offering various promotions throughout the month of June to mark the occasion and celebrate the summer season. The store, under the ownership of Inderjit Kaur since 2012, is described as more than just a convenience store; it is considered a Hagerstown staple. Kaur, a dedicated resident, is known for her active participation in the community and her personal approach to customer service, treating patrons like neighbors.
The re-opened 7-Eleven will feature a selection of popular items, including its signature Slurpees, fresh coffee, and large fountain drinks. For those seeking hot food options, the store will offer specialty hot dogs, taquitos, pizza, and loaded nachos. Sweet treats like freshly baked donuts and a wide variety of snacks will also be available, alongside a fully stocked frozen food section and everyday essentials. To enhance accessibility, the store now accepts EBT as a payment option. The community is encouraged to attend the ribbon-cutting event and support the local business.
