The public comment period, initiated on April 27, 2026, allows for any interested individuals or groups to voice their opinions and suggestions. Written comments can be submitted directly to Rebekah Reigner, the District Court Administrator for the 39th Judicial District. The administrative office is located at 14 North Main Street, Chambersburg, PA 17201. Alternatively, comments can be sent electronically to rmreigner@franklincountypa.gov. The deadline for all public submissions is May 27, providing ample time for community members to engage with the proposed changes. The reestablishment plan, once finalized after the public comment period, will undergo review by the AOPC. The outcome of this process could affect how legal services are accessed and administered at the magisterial district level within Franklin County.
