The investigation revealed Younger’s involvement in distributing illicit substances within Berkeley County, West Virginia. Law enforcement officials apprehended Younger on March 28, 2024, in a stolen Jeep, where they discovered significant quantities of fentanyl, cocaine, and marijuana. Also seized from the vehicle were items associated with drug distribution, including packaging materials, a digital scale, razor blades, and cash. In the months that followed, investigators observed Younger participating in numerous hand-to-hand drug transactions in both Maryland and West Virginia, frequently utilizing a stolen black Jaguar SUV. A pursuit with Pennsylvania State Police occurred on July 27, 2024, involving the same Jaguar. During this incident, Younger was found in possession of additional fentanyl mixtures, oxycodone, drug paraphernalia, and cash. Younger is awaiting sentencing for his conviction. This case is part of a broader federal initiative, Operation Take Back America, aimed at dismantling cartels and transnational criminal organizations and combating violent crime and drug trafficking.
