FREDERICK, Md. – Authorities have arrested a Frederick man in connection with a townhome fire that occurred early Friday morning, according to an announcement from the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office. The incident, which took place in the 5800 block of Rosebay Court, posed a significant risk to neighboring occupied residences due to the attached nature of the townhome structure.

The charges against Brown include Arson – First Degree, Arson – Second Degree, Reckless Endangerment, and Malicious Destruction of Property, Value $1,000+. Brown was taken into custody and transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.
