The play yards in question feature black fabric sides with gray-bordered mesh panels. The top rails are adorned with white fabric displaying a multi-colored print of bear faces, paws, and the word “bear,” a design that extends to the included mattress. Model number “P700” and a production date of “202503” are indicated on the product’s packaging and on a removable tag. These play yards were available for purchase on Amazon from March 2025, with prices ranging from $100 to $110. The primary hazard identified is the potential for infants to become entrapped under the mattress or between the mattress and the side of the play yard. This entrapment poses a serious risk of suffocation, which can lead to severe injury or death. No incidents or injuries have been reported in relation to this recall. Consumers who have purchased these play yards are strongly advised to immediately discontinue their use. To receive a full refund, customers must contact Anna Queen at tingerservice@outlook.com. The remedy requires consumers to disassemble the fabric cover from the play yard frame, cut up the cover and mattress pad, and then submit a photograph of the destroyed components to tingerservice@outlook.com. Once this is verified, a full refund will be issued, and consumers should then dispose of the dismantled play yard.
