Farlow has spent the last seven years as a prosecutor within the Worcester County State’s Attorney’s Office. Before assuming this role full-time, he operated his own legal practice in Ocean Pines. His private practice focused on a range of legal areas, including major traffic violations, criminal law, asset forfeiture cases, and the preparation of wills and trusts. He also served part-time as a prosecutor for the Worcester County State’s Attorney’s Office between 2003 and 2010. Farlow’s legal education was completed at Widener University School of Law.

Beyond his legal career, Farlow has a notable history of public service. He previously served as a commissioner for the Town of Pittsville, where he was recognized as the youngest elected official in Maryland at the age of 19. His commitment to community safety is further demonstrated by his numerous awards for volunteer work with fire departments, including the Snow Hill Volunteer Fire Department and the Pittsville Volunteer Fire Department. In recognition of his long-standing service, Farlow was recently inducted into the Maryland State Firemen’s Association Hall of Fame.
