The CPSC has issued a Notice of Violation to ShenZhenShi RunMeiRuDe Technology Co., Ltd., a company operating as Rony Mar, based in China. As of the CPSC’s announcement, the company has not agreed to a recall of these dangerous products or offered any form of consumer remedy. Approximately 900 of these Ferris Wheel High Chair toys were sold on Amazon between March 2021 and August 2025 for prices ranging from $10 to $20. The toys may have also been available through other third-party sellers and on different online platforms. These Ferris Wheel-shaped toys are described as multicolored and feature a suction cup on the bottom, intended to attach them to high chair trays or other smooth surfaces. Notably, the toys bear no identifying markings.
Consumers are strongly advised to cease using these toys immediately and to dispose of them properly. The CPSC emphasizes that these hazardous toys should not be sold or given away to others. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to report any incidents involving injuries or product defects related to this toy on the SaferProducts.gov website.
