The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced a recall of approximately 530 Pack-N-Stroll Premium Folding Utility Wagons manufactured by Olympia Tools International, Inc. This recall is being issued due to significant safety concerns, including the risk of entrapment and falls for children. The utility wagon has been found to violate the mandatory standard for strollers.

The primary hazard identified involves an opening between the organizational tray and the sidewall of the wagon. This gap could lead to a child’s head becoming entrapped, posing a severe risk of injury or even death. Additionally, the Pack-N-Stroll wagon lacks a proper restraint system, which increases the likelihood of children falling out of the product. The recalled wagons are described as black with blue accents on the handle, wagon body, and wheel spokes. They feature a removable organizational tray and two cup holders attached to the handle. The product’s name, “Pack-N-Stroll,” is printed in blue lettering on a black label affixed to the wagon. These units were sold nationwide at Costco.com and cohooutdoors.com between June 2025 and July 2025 for a price range of $200 to $400. Olympia Tools International, Inc. of Covina, California, is the importer of these units, which were manufactured in China.

Consumers who have purchased a Pack-N-Stroll Premium Folding Utility Wagon are strongly advised to stop using the product immediately. To receive a full refund, consumers should return the recalled wagon to Costco. For further assistance or to obtain more information about the recall process, consumers can contact Olympia Tools toll-free at (866) 461-8665 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Alternatively, inquiries can be directed via email to info@olympiatools.com or through the company’s website at http://www.cohooutdoors.com, by clicking the “Recall” link located at the bottom of the page. While no incidents or injuries have been reported in connection with this product, the CPSC emphasizes the potential for serious harm if the safety hazards are not addressed.
