The product was sold nationwide in salons and beauty supply stores, as well as online at Amazon and Bioionic.com, and through retailers such as Salon Centric, Ulta, Sephora, and Nordstrom, between August 2022 and July 2024. The retail price for the curling iron was approximately $165.
