Maryland State Police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a man who was found in Eldersburg, Carroll County, earlier this week. The individual, described as an African American male, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing around 140 pounds, is currently unable to recall his identity. He was last seen in the vicinity of Eldersburg, potentially near a Jiffy Lube location. Medical professionals admitted him to a local hospital for treatment on Sunday, October 5, at approximately 1:50 p.m.
