Located at 1165 Imperial Drive, Suite 102, the Hagerstown clinic is equipped to handle diverse pain management needs, from back and spine issues to head and neck pain, as well as conditions affecting the shoulder, arm, knee, and other joints. The practice also offers specialized care for nerve-related pain and oncologic pain. Leading the clinical team is Dr. Colin Mychak, DO, a pain management specialist recognized for his patient-centered approach. Dr. Mychak’s expertise includes advanced minimally invasive techniques and a treatment philosophy centered on improving patient function and reducing reliance on opioid medications.
The new Hagerstown facility features dedicated office space within Suite 102, complemented by seven service bays and two operating rooms located in Suite 100. This setup is designed to accommodate a full spectrum of advanced pain treatment procedures. These include both fluoroscopically guided injections, which use real-time X-ray imaging for precise needle placement, and other office-based injection techniques. The clinic’s operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
