The driver, 30-year-old Willie James Robinson, and the passenger, 21-year-old Deshawn Bishop Manning, were both taken into custody following the discovery of a Beretta 9mm handgun on the vehicle’s floorboard. The weapon, which had seven live rounds in the magazine, was confirmed to have been reported stolen. Neither Robinson nor Manning held valid permits for the firearm, and Manning is legally barred from possessing any firearms due to a previous felony conviction.
