Jennifer Ann Miller, 38, known by aliases “Jennifer Reagan” and “Jenn,” was sentenced in federal court on June 18 to a total of 78 months in prison. Court records reveal that Miller sold methamphetamine multiple times throughout 2022. The most serious offense occurred during a traffic stop on July 12, 2022, when law enforcement officers discovered she was carrying approximately 361 grams of methamphetamine. She later pled guilty to the charge.
While on pretrial release, Miller continued to traffic drugs. A grand jury indicted her again in June 2024 on four new counts of methamphetamine distribution. She entered a guilty plea to one count, and prosecutors dropped the remaining charges under a plea agreement.

U.S. District Judge John Preston Bailey handed down concurrent sentences of 78 months for possession with intent to distribute and 33 months for distribution. Miller will also be required to complete three years of supervised release after serving her time.
The investigation was led by the Hancock-Brooke-Weirton and Ohio Valley Drug Task Forces, along with the Weirton Police Department. These efforts are part of a broader HIDTA-funded initiative aimed at curbing drug activity in the region.
