We know you value local news and entertainment that is free, open, and independent. Producing high-quality, paywall-free content isn't free. It takes time, effort, and resources to keep you informed and entertained. Unlike corporate media, we don’t have deep-pocketed investors or big advertisers funding our work—we rely on you, our readers and listeners, to keep Radio Free Hub City running. We're literally running on a shoe-string budget, but keep working hard to provide as much news and entertainment as we can.
If just 5% of local area residents became paid supporters at only $5 per month, we could meet our fundraising goals and continue expanding our news coverage depth while continuing to provide free access for everyone. So, if you'd like to help us in our continuing quest to improve our coverage, please consider becoming a paying supporter.

Among the culinary highlights, attendees can enjoy lemonade from Fresh Squeezed Please, coffee courtesy of Black Mountain Roasters, and acai bowls from Açaí for Me. Sweet and savory snacks will also be available, including kettle corn from 3 Point Kettle Corn and cupcakes from TastyBites. For those interested in local farm products, vendors will offer produce, honey, eggs, jellies, and baked goods from businesses like Farmer Gary, Three Spartans Apiary, Twilight Homestead LLC, and Harvested Happiness Market.
Entertainment and activities are central to Sunday’s market. Children and families can visit a free petting zoo operated by Farmyard Friends: On The Move, with pony rides available for $5. Music will be performed live by Dino Delray, providing a backdrop to the festive environment. Additionally, Sage & Soul Healing will offer Reiki sessions for those seeking a wellness experience. The Boonsboro Middle School Agriculture Department and FFA will also have a presence, showcasing handmade student projects.
Beyond food and entertainment, shoppers will find an array of handmade and specialty items. Artisans will display jewelry, houseplants, home goods, candles, and even bacon-scented soap. Participating vendors include B’s Creations, Millcrest Farm, Stitches and Lace, PrimmPlantz, and MoonMama Co., among others. The market encourages attendees to bring reusable bags to shop for local products and gifts.
