Investigators quickly classified the death as a homicide. Less than an hour later, at 9:12 a.m., law enforcement apprehended 32-year-old Taylor Andrew Rowles in the Clear Spring area. He now faces multiple charges, including first- and second-degree murder, as well as first- and second-degree assault.
Rowles is being held without bond at the Washington County Detention Center. While charges have been filed, officials emphasized that all individuals charged with a crime are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
