According to court documents filed in Prince George’s County District Court, Jennifer Vasquez accused Garcia of multiple abusive actions between late 2019 and early 2020, including physical assaults, verbal abuse, and threats to her and her children. These claims predate a separate 2021 petition in which Vasquez reported further physical abuse.
