Anthony D. Bressi, 53, was sentenced on April 15 by Chief U.S. District Judge Matthew W. Brann to 30 years of imprisonment for his role in a drug trafficking conspiracy and possession with intent to distribute controlled substances. Prosecutors revealed that between 2016 and June 2019, Bressi operated a laboratory in East Buffalo Township, Union County, where he produced more than 150 kilograms of fentanyl and related analogues.

Bressi supplied the narcotics to two known distributors: Terry Harris, based in Philadelphia, and Damonico Henderson, who operated in the Cleveland area. Investigators found that the trio had formed their criminal network while incarcerated in federal prison, where Bressi was serving a 20-year sentence for manufacturing methamphetamine and explosives.
