Anthony D. Bressi, 53, was sentenced on April 15 by Chief U.S. District Judge Matthew W. Following a week-long jury trial, Bressi was convicted on November 4, 2024. Harris and Henderson pleaded guilty before trial and were each sentenced to 10 years in federal prison. The case was investigated by the FBI and Pennsylvania State Police and prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Geoffrey MacArthur, Jeffrey St. John, and Alisan Martin.
The prosecution is part of the Department of Justice’s Project Safe Neighborhoods initiative, a nationwide strategy aimed at reducing violent crime through coordinated law enforcement and community partnerships.
