According to court documents, Harris and accomplices carried out four robberies between March 23 and April 6, 2023, striking convenience stores in Prince George’s, Charles, and Montgomery Counties. In each incident, Harris brandished a pistol-grip shotgun and stole cash along with personal property from store employees and customers. During one robbery, Harris held a store worker at gunpoint and physically restrained a customer against a wall.

The investigation led authorities to identify the getaway vehicle used in two of the robberies. On April 12, 2023, officers from the Prince George’s County Police Department attempted a traffic stop, but the suspects fled on foot. Items recovered from the vehicle underwent DNA testing, which matched Harris to evidence found inside. A later search of Harris’s storage unit yielded the same shotgun used in the crimes and clothing worn during the incidents.
