The incident occurred shortly after midnight on March 19, 2025, on the inner loop of I-695 near exit 11, just before I-95. Authorities reported that Hall, driving a 2006 silver Acura TL, sideswiped a red 2007 Nissan Quest that was parked on the right shoulder. The victim, who was standing outside the Nissan at the time, was struck and sustained injuries requiring transportation to the R Adams Shock Trauma Center. The victim’s identity has not been released.

Following the crash, the silver Acura was discovered a short distance away on Wilkens Avenue by Baltimore County Police. Hall was not present at the scene when the vehicle was located. Maryland State Police deployed K-9 units and utilized the Aviation Command to search for Hall. Officers from the Baltimore County Police Department assisted in the search efforts.
