Triumph Motorcycles America has issued a recall for approximately 690 units of its TF250-X closed course competition motorcycles from model years 2024 and 2025. The recall stems from a defect in the right-hand plastic switch cube, which can crack when exposed to brake fluid, potentially causing a short circuit that could start the motorcycle unexpectedly. This defect poses a significant injury hazard to users.
