Investigators allege that Joseph Quattrochi, father of the alleged shooter, played a direct role in facilitating the crimes leading to the teenager’s death. He is accused of helping his son, Andrew Quattrochi, flee the scene with a firearm and other individuals after the shooting. Charges against Joseph Quattrochi include conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, riot, corruption of minors, and tampering with evidence. He was arraigned, with bail set at $500,000, and is currently held at the Monroe County Correctional Facility.

This arrest follows the earlier apprehension of 25-year-old Andrew Joseph Quattrochi, identified as the shooter in the November 30, 2024 incident. Surveillance footage reportedly captured Andrew during a physical altercation inside the Wawa, where he is seen brandishing a firearm and firing a single shot that fatally struck the victim. The investigation revealed that Joseph Quattrochi owned and drove the vehicle used in the escape.
