Investigators determined that the assailant fired twelve shots at the victim’s feet and struck him twice in the face with his forehead. The victim sustained injuries from the assault and received treatment at a local hospital. A subsequent investigation involving witness interviews and search warrants led to the identification of Biliver Ramos, a resident of Buckingham Township, PA, as the primary suspect.
On January 8, 2025, detectives executed a search warrant at Ramos’s residence. The operation, supported by the Buckingham Police Department and the Central Bucks Special Response Team, resulted in Ramos’s arrest. A firearm believed to have been used in the December incident was recovered during the search.
