County Planning & Zoning staff will be available from 5:30 p.m. on the day of the hearing to answer questions about the draft. Community members are encouraged to attend and participate, whether to express support, raise concerns, or propose changes to the plan. Written feedback is also being accepted through January 31, 2025. Comments can be submitted via email to the planning department or by mail to their Hagerstown office.
