Investigator Offers $50k Reward for Information on Alleged Torture Facility in United States

Joe Martinez of Chesapeake, VA, claiming to be a private investigator with a background in law enforcement, has offered a $50,000 reward for information leading to the discovery of a facility on the east coast of the United States. Martinez claims to be a former New York City police lieutenant and Virginia Tech graduate, and has recently launched an investigation into claims of technological abuse and torture against a woman in her mid-forties in Virginia.

February 6, 2024 a Facebook post was created under the name “Joe Martinez Private Investigator.” The post detailed allegations of the use of advanced technologies for nefarious purposes.

According to the post, the facility in question allegedly houses equipment capable of wireless electromagnetic manipulation, including voice transfer to individuals, a practice referred to as “channeling.” Among the purported capabilities of the equipment are dream engineering, time enhancement, and the ability to remotely see and hear through a person’s senses. The equipment is said to be utilized on the victim by teams of mostly young men, operating in a 24/7 capacity.

The post describes disturbing treatment inflicted upon the victim, including verbal abuse, psychological manipulation, and physical harm. Allegations include electroshocks, burning sensations, and the projection of psychotronic images to induce fear and distress.

Martinez has emphasized the urgency of the investigation, highlighting the ongoing suffering endured by the victim over the past two and a half years. The victim, described as a “target individual,” is reportedly subjected to constant surveillance and torment, affecting all aspects of her life.

While the claims made in the post are serious, it’s important to note that allegations of electronic harassment and targeted individuals are often associated with conspiracy theories. Medical professionals typically attribute such experiences to hallucinations, delusional disorders, or psychosis.
