Adding to the evening’s ambiance, The Cruisers will perform in University Plaza, while the Alsatia Club will offer hot food for sale directly on the square.

For attendees, a fee of $10 in cash will be collected in person by an Alsatia Club member at designated entry points—either when entering Potomac Street from Franklin or West Washington Street from Prospect. Following payment, attendees will be directed to parking areas. Street closures will take effect at 4:30 PM, with the car show officially kicking off at 5 PM.

Commencing at 4:30 PM, several street closures will come into effect, as outlined in a provided exhibit. South Potomac Street will be inaccessible to all traffic between Washington Street and Antietam Street, while West Washington Street will be closed between Burhans Blvd. and Potomac Street. Additionally, North Potomac Street will be off-limits to traffic from Franklin Street to Washington Street, with vehicles permitted to turn onto Potomac Street at Franklin Street for access to the University District Parking Deck, although they will not proceed beyond its entrance. Summit Avenue will also be shut down to traffic between Antietam Street and Washington Street. Auxiliary Police and officers from the Hagerstown Police Department will be on hand to direct traffic at various intersections, with detour routes established to redirect vehicles around the closures. The event is slated to conclude at 9:30 PM, with all streets expected to reopen by approximately 10:00 PM. Emergency vehicles will retain access to the closure area to respond promptly to any emergencies.
