In accordance with Maryland §11–101 (3) (iv) (v) “Digital products” subject to sales tax does not include a professional service obtained electronically or delivered through the use of technology having electrical, digital, magnetic, wireless, optical, electromagnetic, or similar capabilities; or a product having electrical, digital, magnetic, wireless, optical, electromagnetic, or similar capabilities where the purchaser holds a copyright or other intellectual property interest in the product, in whole or in part, if the purchaser uses the product solely for commercial purposes, including advertising or other marketing activities.

All ads subject to approval, RFHC reserves the right to reject ads for any reason whatsoever. Prices are subject to change without notice, but we will always honor written and signed quotes for the length of the quote. All advertising must comply with FTC guidelines ands industry best practices, including clear labeling of articles as sponsored, usage of appropriate HTML tags to indicate sponsored links, as well as clear labeling of affiliate links.
