The recall specifically targets the stainless-steel Cuisinart Propel+ Four Burner 3-in-1 Gas Grill, which features a griddle, a stovetop burner, and a pizza oven. The pizza oven’s tempered glass is located on the top lid of the grill. Consumers can identify the affected model by checking the label located on the inside of the right-hand metal door, where the model number CGG-6331 and serial number are listed. These grills were sold between December 2024 and May 2026 at retailers such as Lowe’s and Walmart, as well as online at cuisinart.com, with prices ranging from $500 to $750.

Conair LLC, doing business as Cuisinart, has received 37 reports of the glass shattering during use. While no injuries have been reported, one incident of fire was noted. To address the issue, consumers are urged to immediately cease using the recalled grills. Affected customers should visit Conair’s recall website at http://www.recallrtr.com/3in1grill or the Cuisinart website and navigate to the “Product Recalls” section to confirm if their grill is part of the recall. Those whose grills are affected will be instructed on how to safely remove the tempered glass window from the pizza oven.

Upon successful verification of the removed glass and the grill’s serial number through uploaded photographs on the firm’s website, consumers are eligible for a refund. This refund will be issued either as a $500 check or reimbursement for the original purchase price if proof of receipt is provided. After receiving their refund, consumers are advised to mark the tempered glass with a black sharpie marker by writing the word “Recall” before disposing of it. Consumers can contact Conair toll-free at 833-408-0463 between 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, for further assistance.
