Franklin County Commissioners have honored Ellen Hill, a procurement assistant, with the June Employee of the Month award. Hill, who has been with Franklin County since May 2023, was recognized for her exceptional performance in the county’s procurement department. Her selection was made by the Special Thanks and Recognition (STAR) Committee, which reviewed 11 nominations, four of which specifically highlighted Hill’s contributions.
