According to information released by the Borough, the construction work is scheduled to be carried out by Fayetteville Contractors Inc. and will focus on the section of Industrial Drive situated between South Main Street and Hollywell Avenue. The construction activities are slated to occur on weekdays, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Residents and businesses in the vicinity should anticipate potential temporary street closures during these working hours. The Borough has indicated that efforts will be made to minimize disruption to local traffic and ongoing business operations. Safety for both the public and the construction crew has been cited as a key consideration throughout the project. The Borough of Chambersburg, a full-service municipality in Franklin County, Pennsylvania, is undertaking these improvements as part of its ongoing commitment to maintaining and upgrading its public utilities.
