Leesburg, VA – The Leesburg Police Department has announced charges against three individuals in connection with a firearm discharge incident that occurred on October 1, 2025, in the 700 block of E. Market Street. The investigation has led to the apprehension of a juvenile from Pennsylvania, a man from Ashburn, and another man from Lovettsville.

According to the Leesburg Police Department, a juvenile from Pennsylvania has been charged with two counts of brandishing a firearm, assault, carrying a concealed firearm, and possession of a firearm by a juvenile. This individual is currently being held at the Loudoun County Juvenile Detention Center. The police department has stated that no further information regarding the juvenile’s identity will be released.
The charges against the juvenile are part of an ongoing investigation into the October 1st incident. Previously, on October 20, D’Angelo E. Bland, 23, of Ashburn, was arrested and charged in connection with the same event. Bland faces multiple charges, including attempted malicious wounding, using a firearm in the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, brandishing a firearm, and discharging a firearm in public and across a roadway. Bland remains in custody at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center with no bond set.
A third individual, Elijah Crosby, 18, of Lovettsville, has also been charged. Crosby is facing one count of possessing a concealed firearm in relation to the incident. The Leesburg Police Department indicated that the investigation into this matter is ongoing.
