The first meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 24, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the First Missionary Baptist Church, located at 6430 Jefferson Pike, Frederick, MD 21702. This session will cover District 2 and Neighborhood Advisory Councils (NACs) 8 and 10. The second meeting will take place on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Daybreak Adult Day Services Inc., 7819 Rocky Springs Road, Frederick, MD 21702, for District 1 and NACs 1 and 5.

For the third town hall, residents can attend on Monday, December 8, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Worman’s Mill Clubhouse, 2470 Stoney Creek Road, Frederick, MD 21701, addressing District 4 and NACs 3, 4, and 7. The fourth meeting is set for Tuesday, December 9, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM in Conference Room C of the Municipal Annex, 140 West Patrick Street, Frederick, MD 21701. This session will cover District 3 and NACs 6, 9, 10, 11, and 12. The final meeting will be held on Monday, December 15, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Whitaker Commons at Hood College, 401 Rosemont Avenue, Frederick, MD 21701, for District 5 and NACs 1, 2, 4, and 6.

City officials will present key budget information during these meetings. The city is emphasizing the importance of resident participation in shaping the financial future of Frederick.
