Approximately 25,030 EcoFlow Delta Max 2000 power stations are being recalled due to a risk of overheating, which can lead to fires and serious burn injuries. This recall, announced by the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission, affects model EFD310 units sold between July 2022 and May 2025.

The recalled power stations are identifiable by their black and silver coloring, a rectangular LCD display on the front, and six electrical outlets on the rear. The product name “ECOFLOW MAX” is printed on the right side, and the model number “EFD310” along with “EcoFlow DELTA Max (2000)” are found on a nameplate located on the underside of the device. EcoFlow Technology, Inc., based in San Francisco, California, imported these units, which were manufactured in China.
Consumers who own these power stations are advised to immediately discontinue their use. EcoFlow Technology is offering a free repair in the form of a firmware update to address the overheating issue. To obtain instructions for this update, customers can contact EcoFlow Technology toll-free at 833-424-4137, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern Time, or by emailing deltamax2000@ecoflow.com. EcoFlow Technology has received six reports detailing instances where the recalled power stations caught fire, resulting in property damage estimated to exceed $850,000. The power stations were sold through various online retailers, including Costco.com, Amazon.com, and Ecoflow.com, with a retail price of approximately $1,600.
