Investigators uncovered communications, including a FaceTime message from Goldwire to a buyer, referencing his intention to transport “ice,” a street term for methamphetamine, from Philadelphia to Williamsport. The Federal Bureau of Investigation led the investigation into this case, with Assistant U.S. Attorney Robin Zenzinger prosecuting the matter. This prosecution is part of Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN), a federal initiative aimed at reducing violent crime and gun violence by fostering collaboration between law enforcement agencies and the communities they serve.
