Chapla is described as being 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 135 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Authorities have issued an arrest warrant for Chapla, who is considered presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The incident, reference ID 2025-08690, was issued on September 6, 2025, by the 39-2-01 issuing authority, and is being handled by the Chambersburg Borough Police Department.
