Robert Scott Watson, a 37-year-old white male with blonde hair and blue eyes, is wanted for retail theft. Watson is accused of stealing four Monster Energy Drinks from the Sheetz store located at 875 Norland Avenue in Chambersburg. The warrant for his arrest was issued on January 28, 2026, under reference ID 2026-00806. The Chambersburg Police Department is handling the case, and further details can be obtained by contacting them directly.
Also sought by the Chambersburg Police is Jamar Parker, a 42-year-old black male described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Parker faces a felony retail theft charge for allegedly stealing merchandise valued at over $500 from the Target store situated at 913 Norland Avenue. This warrant, with reference ID 2025-02137, was also issued on January 28, 2026.
The third individual with an active warrant is Luis Angel Asencio, a 24-year-old Hispanic male, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 215 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Asencio is wanted for felony theft by unlawful taking or disposition. Authorities allege that he stole over $8,000 from his former employer. The warrant for his arrest, reference ID 2026-00547, was issued on January 28, 2026.
