The sentencing follows an investigation by the York County Drug Task Force and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. According to court documents, law enforcement observed Gallego entering a residence in York County. Upon their arrival, officers encountered two other individuals at the door. A subsequent safety sweep of the premises led to the discovery of Gallego in the basement. Authorities obtained consent to search the home, where they found a loaded Glock semi-automatic pistol, along with 76.37 grams and 1.13 grams of cocaine base, and a digital scale. This case is part of a broader national initiative aimed at combating drug trafficking and violent crime.
