A Chambersburg man was all smiles after attempting to evade arrest in Waynesboro last month.
According to a public record notification, Chambersburg resident Tylor David Lamance, age 34, has been formally charged with two offenses following an incident on Pratt Court. The charges include one count of evading arrest or detention on foot and one count of flight to avoid apprehension.
The Waynesboro Police Department responded to a call regarding an unwanted person at an address on Pratt Court on July 10, 2025, at approximately 10:04 a.m. The arrest details indicate that Lamance, described as a 5’11” white male with blonde hair and blue eyes, was taken into custody on July 17, 2025. The incident, classified as “All Other – Criminal,” is referenced under ID WPD-202505644.
Lamance then presented a unique smile during his booking mugshot photo.
It is important to note that individuals accused of crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
