The toy sets, which include a hammer and four small colored balls, violate federal safety standards for toys designed for children under three years old. The small balls, measuring about 1.5 inches in diameter, are considered dangerous for young children as they present a choking risk. The model number 711 is printed on the packaging, and the product features phrases such as “FOREST ROLLER BALL” on the green base and “ROLLER BALL” on the brown gate.
