The investigation revealed that on February 27, 2020, law enforcement officers observed Bradley travel from his residence in Pennsylvania to Maryland, where he carried out a drug transaction. Following the transaction, Bradley was stopped by police who found quantities of crack and powder cocaine on his person. Authorities then executed a search warrant at Bradley’s residence, where they uncovered more narcotics, over $20,000 in cash, a loaded handgun, and paraphernalia related to drug distribution in his master bedroom closet.

The case was developed through the collaborative efforts of multiple law enforcement agencies, including Homeland Security Investigations, the Baltimore County Drug Task Force, and the Pennsylvania State Police. Assistant U.S. Attorney David C. Williams led the prosecution for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
