Fisher-Price has issued a recall for a tissue box toy included with its 3-in-1 SnugaPuppy Activity Centers after discovering it can come apart and potentially expose small internal support brackets. This flaw presents a choking hazard for infants and young children using the toy. The recall affects approximately 15,300 units sold in the United States and an additional 2,000 units in Canada between November 2022 and February 2025.

The recalled item is part of the HLV78 model of activity centers, with the model number printed on the underside near the Fisher-Price logo. The affected tissue box toy is white with red designs and contains sensory cloth tissues featuring two distinct patterns. The company has advised consumers to stop using the toy immediately, remove it from the activity center, and keep it out of children’s reach. Fisher-Price is offering a free replacement toy. To receive it, consumers must mark the toy as recalled, photograph the marked item, and upload the image to the company’s recall website.
Although only one incident has been reported—where a child placed a small support bracket in their mouth—no injuries have been documented to date. Fisher-Price is proactively contacting known purchasers and has provided detailed instructions on how to properly mark and dispose of the recalled component after receiving confirmation of the replacement.
