Five Below is offering refunds without requiring proof of purchase. Consumers returning the lights to stores may receive cash, store credit, or a credit card refund. Those contacting customer service may submit a photo of the cord cut from the product to receive a check or store credit. The product should then be discarded in household trash. The lights were manufactured in China and distributed by 1616 Holdings Inc., both companies based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
