Law enforcement agencies in Pennsylvania are investigating a series of unrelated criminal incidents reported in recent weeks, ranging from drug violations to property damage and attempted unlawful contact with a minor.

In Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, Zendell William Barbour was arrested on March 17 after a parole check led to the discovery of over 430 grams of suspected marijuana, along with paraphernalia and packaging materials. Barbour attempted to flee by jumping out a window but was quickly detained. He faces charges related to possession with intent to deliver and drug paraphernalia violations under Pennsylvania’s Health and Safety Code.

Also in Chambersburg, a report of criminal mischief is under investigation after a vehicle was damaged sometime between March 5 and the morning of March 6 near 200 North Main Street. The Chambersburg Police Department is asking anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
In a separate case, 20-year-old Steven Lee Gordon Fleenor was arrested on March 21 after allegedly traveling from Virginia to Pennsylvania to meet a juvenile following electronic communication. Police were alerted by the minor’s parent and encountered Fleenor upon his arrival in the 900 block of Norland Avenue. He was taken into custody and charged with criminal attempt unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minors. He remains held at Franklin County Jail.
