According to the criminal complaint, Melvin Diaz-Linas, Jose Antonio De Leon-Pache, and Mikilendy Espiritusanto-Martinez were apprehended after Border Patrol agents, in coordination with local law enforcement, intercepted their vessel near El Combate beach in Cabo Rojo.
